Prediction

The small size of the LGA means that a string personal vote will be key for anyone standing for election. The three incumbents who have served a full term, plus Merriman, who has effectively served a full term, should all be favoured for re-election if they stand again. Minty's position, having served for less than a year, is less than assured.
